TO MEET SPECIFIC GOALS

The course objective is customized according to the needs of the students. This can be achieving a higher language proficiency level, preparing for a job interview or a public speaking, combining language learning with the acquisition of terms related to specific sectors.

STANDARD COURSE

N5, N4, N3, N2, N1

Standard language courses are commonly divided into two parts. The first part consists in grammar drill, while the the second part is dedicated to communicative activities, aimed at practicing previously learnt grammar and vocabulary in an engaging and stimulating way.

CERTIFICATION PREPARATION COURSE

JLPT

We offer targeted and structured courses designed to prepare students for internationally recognized language certification exams, including JLPT exam for all proficiency levels.

Our small groups feature a minimum of 2 and a maximum of 6 participants of the same level and age, which allows us to customize the lessons based on common needs of the attendees and encourage communication among all participants. Frequency, days and times of the lessons to be agreed according to all the participants’ needs.

Our one-to-one lessons are recommended for those students who have special needs or limited time availability. Students can customize the objectives of their own course, choose the frequency, days and time of lessons. Classes can be cancelled free of charge no later than 24 hours beforehand. We offer the possibility to plan various lesson cycles based on the objective to be achieved.

The Japanese language courses are divided into 5 levels of language proficiency*:

N5 LEVEL (A1+EARLY A2) Upon completion of the course, students will have learned the basic grammar rules, the 100 characters of Hiragana and Katakana, and their first Kanji characters. They will be able to recognize and understand words written in Hiragana and Katakana without using a reference chart. Additionally, they will be able to read and write short sentences, such as personal introductions (name, nationality, age, occupation, etc.), as well as read the time, a menu, and hotel room numbers.

RECOMMENDED COURSE STARTER>N5 160 HOURS

N4 LEVEL (A2+EARLY B1) At the end of the course, students will be able to use basic Hiragana, Katakana, and Kanji characters. They will be capable of applying the Kanji acquired during the first cycle of lessons and will have learned additional ones. Furthermore, they will be able to understand words and sentences related to general concepts, such as weather and time expressions (using Kanji).

RECOMMENDED COURSE N5>N4 140 HOURS

N3 LEVEL (B1+EARLY B2) Upon completion of the course, students will have acquired additional Kanji characters and their respective readings. They will be able to use the Kanji studied so far fluently (without a dictionary) and will be capable of constructing sentences using all three writing systems, depending on the concept to be expressed.

RECOMMENDED COURSE N4>N3 140 HOURS

N2 LEVEL (B2+EARLY C1) Upon completion of the course, students will have developed the ability to read specific texts in Japanese—such as newspaper articles and industry publications—without the aid of a dictionary. Furthermore, they will have the opportunity to work in roles that involve direct contact with the public.

RECOMMENDED COURSE N3>N2 160 HOURS

N1 LEVEL (C1/C2) Upon completion of the course, students will be able to communicate effectively within any social context. They will be eligible to access Japanese universities, corporations, and both public and private institutions.

OUR ASSESSMENT METHOD

Our Japanese Courses are constantly monitored. We use our own assessment method in order to verify the development of the language skills compared to the CEF reference level.
