Carte Cultura and Lazio Youth Card can be your allies to start studying a foreign language.
In January 31 2024 the Ministry of Culture has released Carta della cultura Giovani and Carta del merito, new tools specially designed for the cultural growth of young people.
Were you born in 2005?
If you are resident in Italy, you can use Carta della cultura giovani. That’s usable the year following your 18th birthday.
Did you graduate with honors?
If you did and if you are resident in Italy, you can apply for Carta del merito. That’s usable the year following your High School graduate.
You have until June 30 to request both of them.
The 2 cards are worth 500 euros each and they are cumulative.
